Sesht exists to get you out of the house — not to harvest your data. This page explains, plainly, what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Waitlist: your email and the answer to our taste question.
- If you connect a music service: read-only access to your top artists and genres. We never post, never modify, and never see your password.
- What you tell us: comedians, teams, and interests you add, plus anything you type into the concierge.
- How you use Sesht: which recommendations you open, save, skip, or buy. This is what makes recommendations better.
What we do with it
One thing: recommend events you'll actually want to go to. That's the whole purpose.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data. Not to advertisers, not to anyone.
- We don't share your taste profile with other users.
- We don't spam you — Sesht sends at most a couple of notifications a week by design.
Who we share with
Only the services required to run Sesht: hosting, database, analytics, and error tracking. When you tap through to buy a ticket, you go to the ticketing platform's own site under their privacy policy.
Your control
You can view and edit everything Sesht knows about you inside the app, disconnect a music service at any time, and ask us to delete your account and data entirely. Email hello@sesht.ai and we'll take care of it.
